SUD offers a menu that revisits Apulian ad Italian traditional food through new cooking methods which respect and enhance natural ingredients. We use a short distribution chain, preferring and increasing the use of our local products. We make all we serve ourselves and our oven uses only unrefined bio flours. SUD offers a wide selection of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes and pays attention to all food allergies.
